At Vox Samples, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear and electronics purchase. If your product is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
